  1. OK, that previous comment was supposed to be “OYE – brilliant….” which somehow turned out as “Uye” by error which could potentially be misinterpreted as the Mallu term for “Ugh”.

    for the granola, sunflower seeds is just an optional addition. You could omit it totally. Or replace it with other nuts/pumpkin seeds. Hope this helps 🙂
